What to expect on your first visit
No mystery. You will know what we found, what we recommend, and why.
Before you arrive
Call the office so we can save the right amount of time. Wear clothes you can move in. Bring photo ID, insurance or attorney information if this is an injury case, and a list of medications or prior imaging if you have them.
Conversation and history
We start with your story: when the problem began, what makes it better or worse, work and sport demands, and what you want to get back to.
Exam
Orthopedic and chiropractic testing looks at posture, range of motion, muscle tone, and how your spine and extremities are moving. The exam is explained as we go.
Findings and first care
You will hear what we found in plain language. If treatment is appropriate that day, care may include an adjustment, soft-tissue work, and simple home instructions.
A plan you can understand
If follow-up is needed, you will know how often and for how long we suggest coming in — and when it makes sense to reassess.
